Fortune Aid for Graphic and Website Design

We are is a small independent graphic design studio based in rural East Lothian, Scotland. Since 1997 we have been involved in thousands of graphic design projects for local businesses, charities, clubs and private individuals as well as with a growing number of website design projects.

We prepare artwork for print (see graphic design) and build small functional websites (see website design). We also do a lot of things in between, neither for print nor for the web - so it's up to you what it will be.

Graphic Design

Most of our graphic design clients are located in East Lothian, Midlothian and Edinburgh. This is largely for practical reasons. Although we deal with clients via phone and email, it's still nice to meet and have a chat. So if you live in East Lothian, Midlothian or Edinburgh, or in the rural areas in between, why not give us a call to arrange a free informal meeting. Of course if you live further afield we would also welcome your work, but you will have to appreciate that you will either have to travel some distance to our studio in East Lothian or be content with email and phone.

Website Design

Our website design clients are not usually limited to East Lothian, Midlothian or Edinburgh. There is no reason why we cannot do a website for a B&B in Stornaway or a boat builder in Sussex, a Fish & Chips shop in Fraserburgh or a camping in Cornwall. It's a small world and we're happy to take your business. Material to build a small website can easily be exchanged by email, the progress is there to see on-line. Again, for practical reasons, it's easier to limit ourselves to UK based websites (domain registration of foreign domains can be quite expensive from the UK), but if you're happy with eu, org, info or net domains we happily cross the border. Please note that we can only accept pounds sterling or euro's for website design work.

This website is not only for our graphic and website design business but also a platform to leave a few thoughts and ideas. Things we've made or seen, things that inspire us and may inspire you. There are so many weird and wonderful things out there and others perhaps best left untouched. Anyway it will be our pick and up to you to take it or leave it. At least we hope that by adding some varied content we may have the pleasure of meeting in this bizarre electronic on-line world.
